Arkansas Twisters and Arkansas International 05/26/2009

We all had such a wonderful time watching the Arkansas Twisters play Florida. It was great catching up Jacksonville High Scool Alum. Coach Robert Thomas. We had six Arkansas International contestants, the titleholders, and many family and friends.

I had such a great time walking in honor of my son Alex. He was born 15 weeks early and weighed 1 pound 9 ounces. Team Baby Alex was able to raise $788.00 for the March of Dimes, March for Babies event.

Thank you Tressa Horton, Miss Arkansas International 2009 who came and walked with us.

Our Team won "Best Team T-Shirt" and I was awarded "Top Volunteer" along with Ada Floyd.

This event raised over $26,000.00 and had over 160 walkers. On this day many other cities across the nation held a March for Babies event.
